You have to be organised enough to put things into the right place in the journal
. I use an old fashioned Letts diary, but like Healingm4me I don't like huge lists in my diary. I have a separate notebook for to do lists and travel timetables etc, which feeds into the diary and gets torn up when it's full.
I seem to be surrounded by disorganised people lately, and my organisational process comes out of dealing with that. Having the background stuff written down helps me to feel less frustrated with them in the moment because my brain has already mapped the essential background information. Helps me with letting go.
