I’ve listened to this several times and find much truth in it.
I’ve started the Fear and Resentment Personal Inventory and it DOES help me feel less anxious.
Just wanted to share it here and say that I have found truth and helpfulness in it.

Journaling my feelings and fears has always helped me put them out of my head and onto paper.
