It is perimenopause. It can happen up to 15 years before menopause. It started with me around that age. I started having my periods come earlier and they were more violent. I also had much greater "bouts" of anger. Everyone has different symptoms.

If you can get the book "what your doctor won't tell you about perimenopause" that will help you.

I went and got natural progesterone (on amazon) and it helped a lot.

I am now going though early menopause and it is much different. I haven't had a period in about 3 months.
