I think I figured out why the scale bounced so high today. I had corn beef and cabbage last night for dinner. I vaguely recall a decent size spike in the scale last year after my yearly corned beef dinner. My mom said her weight went up too.
Today I had about 1200 calories. I had a Pure Protein shake. Are those meant for weight loss? because it just made me really hungry. I had a slim fast later which was better for my hunger. I agree with the weighing frequently. I think I’ve put on about 3 or 4 pounds of actual weight.
