It takes time to establish new eating habits as you know, I'm sure. I try to look at my new ways of eating as "prescribed" and something I really need to do for long term health benefits. It's natural to have set backs and I have them, too, then go back to the "prescribed" way of eating and try to realize this is what is best for me. Also try not to deprive myself. If I want some cheesecake at times I have a small slice and it is satisfying. It's okay, too, to have a treat as no treats at all leads to binging IMO. I wish you all the best with your plan.
