That sounds like a very frustrating situation indeed, especially considering you have certification in another field.

I am not sure what the upgrade options for CNAs are, but would you be able to get further certification or perhaps even go into school for nursing in order to stand out more in your field and become more employable? It doesn't sound like Walmart is where you want to be for the rest of your life, and I certainly don't blame you!
