I was tired after helping some people yesterday. I didn't eat well afterward. I woke up feeling extremely tired and felt unable to do anything this morning. After a while depression was creeping in.
I want to take it easy tomorrow. I will put on the dishwasher, try to eat an healthy breakfast and then try do some gymnastics. After that I hope to do some errands and more ... (Hope i will feel better tomorrow)
