major cravings today.....
So I ate a diet fudge bar, had a bunch of wasabi almonds, ate 2 slices of ham, drank a diet root beer, had dinner of talapia and green beans. a girl scouts thin mint cookie, 1 other girl scout cookie smores I think, another root beer. I had this all before 7:30 my 8 hour window. Then I sucked on suger free hard candies, they have sugar alcohol and your not supposed to eat too many of them. I am very bloated right now. I think I had 6.
For lunch I had veggie lasagna and a big bowl of tomato lentil chicken soup.
It was delicious. Today was a high carb day.
But I survived the day and beat the cravings.
