Happiness lists and gratitude lists usually don’t work for me...
Beating myself up for not “doing things” like a “normal” person definitely doesn’t work...
Being able to vent does help somewhat..
Having been on this planet for decades I already know what happiness lists are likely to say..
Most of the things are not available to some .....
Maybe I’ve been here on this planet too long
