I did everything on the list except shower (I washed instead). When it comes to my outside walk, I used 45 minutes instead of the planned 32. (Feel a bit proud because I made it).
Plans for Friday:
- Swish and swipe in the bath room
- Eat a healthy breakfast (and try to make the rest of the day's meals healthy as well)
- Shower
- Do the dishes (only a small amount)
- Gymnastics (hard ones) for 30 minutes
- Rest
- Take important phone calls and more ...
- Plan for the rest of the day
- Try to decide how to use the weekend
- Fill my pill box
