Well, I'm a CEN survivor... probably different from what you've experienced, but I'm into talking with others. It could be one on one or we could set up a time to use IRC and invite multiple people. If people want to do that, I can help with getting people to IRC if they don't know how to use it. Basically it's a service where you can create your own realtime chat channel.
