This is a bipolar forum so most people, if they have any experience, are going to have had a bad experience not taking their prescribed antipsychotic while at the same time upping an antidepressant and a stimulant to boot.

If you don't have bipolar then the advise here is likely not going to be of much value.

Maybe you can also post in a forum for people with depression or with adhd?

Are you still sensing the supernatural force, and believing your therapist and pdoc hid cameras to spy on you. How are the popping noises?
