Hi guys , i know that you can help me to see clearly through all that. Since a few weeks ,I hear internal voices that scream inside of me. At first i only had an urge to scream , then i focused on schizo and felt my symptoms worsen (or maybe they had to wotsen) These voices don't talk to me, or tell me what to do but only scream and it is tiring.
I badly want that to stop
It happens mostly when i am stressed and i am anxious and stressed all the time, but its everyday end all the time recently

I have not yet been diagnosed with schizophrenia but instead with anxiety and hypochondria (before thenthe symptoms I'm describing) .But it seems to me that its close to it.
I do have loss of memory sometimes as well as intrusive thoughts but no visual hallucinations or external auditory hallucinations..
