but I’m at a loss of what I want to listen to lately, so I want to try to find something else I could do to calm down. Any suggestions are welcome

I had wonderful luck just surfing you tube ... found my goto ... don't know why but it sooths me so well .... try something totally different than you are used too ... for me it is korean kpop ... and yes I do not speak a word but just love the "sound" ... works for me ... good luck ....
