I have ms (multiple Sclerosis) sometimes my arms / hands/ motor functioning skills are sorely lacking. I have found that I enjoy doing everything I can do two handed by doing so one handed. it takes more time and patience, the one thing that constantly gets the laughs is trying to one handedly tie a childs shoes. I have come up with some really strange ways of doing it.. (using clothes pins is my childrens favorites.) hair styling is also great time passer for my daughter and I when I am working one handed and sometimes no handed lol make up beauty salon is another joy around my home on those days lol

my suggestion is just think about what things you enjoy doing and then do them. it really doesnt matter if a person is one armed, two, or none any one can do anything they really want to do if they put their mind to it...

oh yea cracking eggs one handed is becoming popular around my house lol
