Hi Bill3, my therapist suggested doing something comforting to myself. It's kind of hard when I'm at work, but I can do stuff like put on nice lotion, go for a quick walk, etc. If I was at home, I could take a hot bath with candles, snuggle up to my kitties or my dog. Basically just have to find ways to comfort myself when I feel bad. HUGS Kit
