I’ve avoided therapy because the idea of talking about it(Afghanistan)in the past (2014ish) seemed to always keep it fresh, that’s when I was really losing a grip on reality, thinking I was back over there type of stuff. Plus I’m just very to myself these days, I’d also feel vulnerable because I’d think they’d be conspiring against me.
