Try making sure your hydrated.

You might try a fan *white noise* to keep from it bothering you. That works for me. Also sometimes I leave the tv on low but low enough to mask it.
It is very dry in my apt. as well. I am drinking water but not enough I suppose. Going to drink more. I do keep a fan on. Yesterday I didn't notice it and not today either. The other day though it was bothersome. Thanks for your reply.
