“Happy Birthday” is a big trigger for me. Long story short, someone wished me a happy birthday when my family wouldn’t. Then when my family didn’t she stood up to them and told them they what they were doing was wrong. She passed away a few years later. Since her passing Hearing “Hearing Happy” birthday is a problem. I wont even let my children say it to me. It reminds me of the child abuse and the memory of idolizing someone who argued i should be treated better.
