I didn't know where to put this but because of my situation, im suffering immense amount of anxiety.

Long story short, I was dealing with an upstairs neighbor that caused a lot of noise for two years, giving me ptsd, and after his arrest for assault it was silent for a short while. Then unannounced, there were loud hammering, dropping of things and so on like construction work. I complained about it, as I did for over 2 years I lived there.

Then my landlord decided to have me leave my apartment shortly so that they can replace shower pan in my shower. So they had some people come in, rip a huge hole, trashed my apartment, left the hole there with thin sheet of plastic with no note on when they're going to finish covering the hole. Also that my landlord wanted to talk to me about complaints against me regardless of complaints I've made.

The apartment is a hellhole, everyone is doing drugs, leaving trash everywhere, inviting homeless people inside and causing a ruckus and I'm the one they target. I want to get the hell out of this apartment but i had no way of knowing where to go and I want to leave Seattle forever.
