I try to avoid lifting, pushing and/or pulling anything over 10-15 lbs ... Sometimes I ask for assistance (if it's available) ... Sometimes I just leave whatever it is laying there until I feel I'm up to the challenge ... I know that probably wasn't too much help, I guess, but I want you to know you are heard, understood and supported ... It's sad and frustrating when I feel I'm not being listened to or understood.

coming up is harder for me too
especially when I'm in the midddle of the room with not much around me to support me and hold on to
