HI all,

It will be two years soon, and I have been to therapy ever since, but in past 3 months i developed terrible insomnia and ended up with handful of medications by psychiatrist. The sleep got restored.

I am writing this because last week i watched some videos by prominent neurologists, psychiatrists, and some TED talks.

All that hit me unexpectedly the wrong way, I almost felt ill.

I didn't know what and why.

I wonder if we are in acute phase, is it good for us to read, watch about our condition.?

To whom are these specialists talking to, is it ethical to do so?

Now I have repulsion to self help, it's almost like self medicating.

I just want to forget all that info, it really hit me the wrong way.

Especially the specialist advise that in 4 months with the " right therapy" it will go away.... Really! At least to say it was condescending, AND by prominent specialists in the field.

What do you people think?

Thank you

Jox
