I personally dislike listening to so-called specialists or experts spouting off about the sorts of issues I'm dealing with... telling me how easy it will be to heal if only I do this… buy their book, attend their lecture, etc. I avoid most of this sort of thing like the plague.

From my perspective there can be such a thing as too much information. Besides... chances are these people never struggled with the things I've struggled with. And they don't know the first thing about me. It takes a special kind of audacity for all of these self-proclaimed experts to pontificate on how easy it is for a person to heal if they'll just do "X". (I feel similarly about all of the self-appointed "spiritual masters" out there. Give me a break...)
