Thought this might be a nicethread, if it doesn't already exist.

I know you were too afraid to speak out then and I am sorry no one spent time to get to know you. I can't undo what has been done but I want to get to know you now and I want you to be happy with how We go forward because you got me here and given the circumstances we did pretty well :-)
