Thanks. Somewhat recently BMI calculators have changed so you can get a more accurate number if you have your fat %. Well I do, my workplace had it done. And I discovered that I can burn up to 200 calories more per day but reducing my fat percentage by just 10%. (presumably increasing my muscle).
That was amazing to me.
I just hope I can stick to it.
