call your insurance company and ask for a list of docs they have available they also should have a web site where you can get that information.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your pdoc always do you best to correct it for you good mental health.
Remember doctors are service providers just like your mechanic you hire to take care of your car, if the mechanic messed up you would fire them. Its no different with your doctor if they are messing up your life or body you can fire them and find another.
but before you leave the first one make sure you have another lined up so you can keep getting treatment.
