I have a secret spot deep in the Smokies that I hike to each Fall as the colors change. It’s a few miles hike from any roads and a stream runs through it. There are several small to medium waterfalls in this stream. I sit there for hours surrounded by the beauty of the foliage and the soothing sight and sounds of the stream. It nourishes my soul.
