Still don't see how I'm being self absorbed. Like what makes me so special? If anything, they are self centered and absorbed for expecting and obligating others to have empathy and a care for them. Especially if the person aren't able to.
Though I think it all sums down that people are unfavorable of those that can't do anything for them.
