My next example may seem a bit strange. But I am more than just a bit strange so that's okay
Today I found beauty in doing chores. My depression took a sudden dive last night and this morning. I pushed through my day...all the while feeling dead inside....and then I came home and went on a cleaning frenzy! The chores really helped me. I think the combination of dopamine from the movement and a sense of accomplishment made me feel much better!
