There is an insurance code for 30-minute therapy session--my T has used that for me a couple times when I wanted an extra session but didn't want to pay for a full one and once for a phone session when I was out of town. I pay initially out of pocket then get partial reimbursement from insurance, so not sure how it would work if you have a copay.
