I didn't know about assertiveness until I was in therapy. Being assertive really helped me get my point across without being angry. Plus, it helps me stay on track and not get derailed by angry people. Does that make sense?
It does. Living passive almost all my life, I idealized aggression in my last post.

But it's a fact. Aggression is the current way of the world.
