Do you mind sharing how much weight you feel you have to lose? I dont mean your actual weight but what you think is a problem? As far as the scale goes if you really want to see how your body handles calories and weight you should way your self naked, in the morning, after going to the bathroom and then do it again on the 30 or 31 the same way.
