I am ok- really wish I wouldn’t have SH last night. Wish t would email me back. I think I need to unpack the ending of my session with t this week, and talk more with him about the whole situation with my former doctor. And I don’t have an appointment with him next week, which I think is making me a bit panicked because I have all of this to talk about and no appointment for two weeks. Which also makes me feel so frustrated because before my anxiety started getting bad this winter, I had just started going about once or twice a month and here I am freaking out because I am going to miss a week.
