If I'm going to be baking and cooking a lot more with gf eating, I need to overhaul my kitchen. I don't mean redo it, but reorganize it and get rid of extraneous stuff and get stuff that I need. (2ex has a lot of my old kitchen stuff so I don't think I'll see that again.)

It's fairly large for an old apartment kitchen but not huge, plus it's got these odd nooks and crannies that are roomy but hard to access, so this will take some thought.
