I am tired and sad. My sleep has been getting worse, last night I tried to get good sleep - I read (no screens) before bed, no lights, went to bed early, no caffeine during the day, etc.

And... I still couldn't sleep. I went to bed at 11p, was still awake at 12:15a, tossed and turned and kept waking up, bed felt like it was beating me up, checked the clock at 4:15am. It was kind of awful.
