Hi. You are all "normal." these feelings are very real, whether anyone else thinks so or not. I'm not saying they are useful or healthy, just normal. Talking is the best form of therapy I have found but I still get those impulses and urges to act out, I have just learned coping mechanisms to avoid such issues......still doesn't always work. I hope you are doing/feeling better, just know that you aren't alone
