Strongly pro-vaccine. About ten years ago I got the worst flu of my entire life, bedridden for three weeks and not really back to my usual self for another six weeks. Every fall since then, as soon as the flu shots become available, I'm near the front of the line and haven't had flu or a particularly bad cold since then. (I know that doesn't make medical sense as there is no vaccine for the common cold, but it is an interesting side effect.)
Planning to check with my doctor about measles immunity, and also get a few other vaccines that would be useful (hepatitis, for travel protection, and a shingles vaccination).
