My goals for Wednesday:

1) brush teeth - a) in the morning - yes b) after lunch c) after dinner -
2) make bed -
3 )take shower -
4)clean bedroom -
5) wash hankerchief and others -
6a) give food to the cats -
6b) give Blacky(my cat) antibiotic med for his upset stomach. His poop is still green -
7) decide what to cook for today - yes
8) do the dishes -
9) clean the litter box - NOT YET
10) Go out to the pharmacy to buy anti-biotics -
11)exercise - a) walk indoors: 20min + 20min -
b) sit-ups - 20 -
12a)read story book - 12b) study the world Atlas -
Overall: Eat healthy... Try to take one day at a time... And just try to make it through the day... Be patient and wait....Be hopeful and look forward to a happy future.

Like bpforever1, I will also try to cut down on my food intake. I am currently eating a lot of junk food.
Like bpforever1 I too feel that the psychosis has dissipated. I too was feeling very strangely for awhile. I don't talk to myself that much anymore and am feeling more in tune with reality.
