I am just stinking tired of the panic and anxiety. It's almost every day. I take Gabapentin 400 mg and Lorazepam 1 mg twice a day. Somedays they work, somedays they don't. The latest think I'm freaking out about is I opened a new bottle of Lorazepam the other day and it was half filled with cotton. That's never happened with any med I got at this pharmacy. National chain I've been with about 7 years. I always keep a count on my meds b/c it's just what I do. I had 21 stolen a couple of years ago and I started hiding and counting them. As best as I can tell, the bottle is 30 short. Instead of a 3 month supply of 180, I have 150. Useless to take back to pharmacy b/c I've had the bottle since 3/12 and just now opening it. I just can't stand the coldness in my chest when I go into stores. It starts and I want to cry and I pray. I'm at work now and it's relentless today. Just high level anxiety on the verge of panic. I'm just getting these thoughts out hoping it will help how I'm feeling. There's new laws in our state that anyone on benzos has to be drug tested every 3 months and can only get a 3 month supply whereas before my doc could write for 6 months. It was tagged onto stricter opiod laws. I have never taken my meds other than as prescribed. Never. So, I get to pay for the doc visit, plus the drug screen. Yes, if you don't have a law like this, it's probably coming to you soon. Sigh. Thank you all for letting me vent. I don't usually, but today was the day. Just too much inside and I feel like I'm going to explode into millions of pools of panic.
