I accomplished some things today: showered, went to bible study, picked up the dog from the kennel, grocery shopped and put up groceries, went to church and got dinner for my family. I’m now reading a really good book called You are a Bada$$ how to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life by Jen Sincero. It’s changing my perspectives.
My plans for tomorrow:
1. Clean 2 rooms
2. Run 12 errands (they tend to pile up...I dislike doing them).
3. Work on my Perfectionism Workbook
4. Meditate/affirmations/visualization
5. Walk dog at park
