That's just the problem - I don't know why I cannot control my mh anymore like I had been n I don't know why it's so much different than it used to be.

People started treating me different, which triggered my depression - which had a domino effect on my other mh (usual reaction) .. but its the feeling each one gives off that's different - and that's why my usual ways of dealing with it is not working. So I am lost as to what to do.
