We have problem with our photo stock account. The subscription has been expired since Monday and I reported it right away. And the responses? The management passed the buck on each other. I reported it like everyday with the same responses until yesterday. I ended up using the existing pictures and free stock to maintain my task which honestly downweighed me.

My supervisor finally get his butt in after he needed it for his own task (I reported to him since MONDAY, WHAT THE HELL DID HE DO?). I don't really understand how and why, but now I'm tasked to email the photostock's customer service (along with the invoice). THE HELL is it? While our department use the service as our resources, seriously it's not my job and beyond my authorization. It involves the invoice from the finance department and several confidential documents, which actually should not be accessed by junior staff like me. Moreover, I also need to work on my OWN job task....

I'm aghast right now. If it a cartoon, I must dropped my jaw to the floor.
