I will keep this short.
I have tried different ways to get rid of my anxiety, such as journaling, writing down an action plan, deep breathing, and thought stopping (nonsense ********). But none of these have seemed to work because the anxiety keeps coming back.
But the main problem is I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head. I have this feeling that won’t leave me away. I have this vague (if not strong) feeling of anxiety that interferes with my life.
Please help. Solutions?
