But the main problem is I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head. I have this feeling that won’t leave me away. I have this vague (if not strong) feeling of anxiety that interferes with my life.
Please help. Solutions?

With my kind of anxiety, I am taking one day at the time. I do everything you mentioned and some more. Also, I have help from prescription medication. Few days ago my psychiatrist reduces the dose of Seroquel. I was very sleepy, almost confuse all the time, so after reducing the dose I am fine.
Talk to us, sometimes vent really help.
I know what are you talking about when you said "

I believe my anxiety will always come back. It is up to me how to react to it, and I know it is not easy at all.
I am here for you, you are not alone.
