I had that problem too.
You should try jogging. 90 minutes every other day. Of course you have to start slowly. Helped me a lot. If the anxiety can not be managed, then you can go to the psychiatrist. I had Amineurin prescribed 18 years ago. This is a sedative antidepressant. Helped me a lot. Especially with panic attacks.
