Nuts... chocolate... Dairy... There are a number of things that can trigger migraines, esp if you are binge eating too much of it. Caffeine helps but too much causes a rebound headache too.

I would recommend reading about food triggers and avoid those foods. I know if I eat too many trigger foods before my menstrual, I'm suffering for days! Purging makes it worse too.
