He is so disabled by sz that he hardly ever talks and just shakes his head. Honestly, I don't know how clearly he thinks.

As far as I know he has no case worker. There's a lot I don't know as he's been living with my mom for the last 35 years. Mom has never mentioned one.

He is on disability.
