Then print out the list of $4 meds from places like walmart, CVS, walgreens and supermarkets then make a list of which mental health medication's you can afford to take with you. Write down all of your symptoms.

These are close to supplement prices. The only huge fee is the dr visit and they maybe able to make a payment plan.
