"The supplements NAC and sarcosine (especially in combination) are shown to reduce negative symptoms. If possible getting on lower doses of your meds might help too. Getting a hobby can give you something to do and might give you motivation. Start small and slowly work up your energy levels. Nothing will overnight fix things but if you take it slow and try to push through the tiredness a bit each day I think you'll feel better. Games that make you think like crosswords or word searches or even card games can be good to train your brain too. Hope you feel better soon."
