I just made the yummiest dinner/snack - lately ive been having PB2 (lowfat peanut butter) and a thinly sliced apple. This time i added some super bitter (really you cannot eat them plain) chocolate chips to the pb2.
Ive been kinda intermittent fasting - i start with coffee, have a later, bigger lunch, then just snacky lighter things after, like fruit or protein cheezy poofs. I think i lost another lb, which is like 1/1000 of what i need to lose, really a drop in the stupid bucket, but at least its trending downward.
